Refund Policy

At Root & Ritual Medicine, your satisfaction and well-being are our priority. Please review our refund policy carefully:

1. Appointment Cancellations

   • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are fully refundable.

   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

   • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

3. Package or Program Refunds

   • Packages or multi-session programs are non-refundable, but unused sessions may be rescheduled within 6 months of purchase.

4. Refund Processing

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.

5. Exceptions

   • If you experience a medical emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
